Jessica Voholetz
Jessica Voholetz joined CrossLife in 2024, and serves as an office administrator assisting clients and supporting office operations. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art History from East Carolina University, and hold a masters in Intercultural Studies from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. She has spent the last three years serving with the Mission Service Corps as an Evangelism Catalyst in Arizona where she served as Women’s Minister of Discipleship at The Way Fellowship Church. She also served as the administrative assistant for Mercy Ministries in Phoenix. She is currently pursuing training in Biblical Counseling from Luther Rice Seminary.
Archie L. Bost, PhD, NCC, BCC
Dr. Archie L. Bost is the founder and President of the board of directors of Crosslife Ministries and has extensive training and experience in both theology and counseling. For over twenty years he has been a discipler of and counselor to countless individuals. His training and experience include a BS in Psychology, a MS in Counseling from the University of Wyoming and a Ph.D in Clinical Christian Counseling from Cornerstone University. He has had theological studies at the European Baptist Seminary and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Dr. Bost, an ordained minister, is a National Board Certified Counselor, a Board Certified Coach, a Certified Temperament Counselor, and a NCCA licensed Clinical Christian Counselor. He is also certified as a consultant for SYMBIS and FOCCUS pre-marital counseling and is trained in Critical Incident Stress Management and Advanced Pastoral Crisis Intervention. He and his wife Kay have been married 45 years, have two adult children and are grandparents.
Dr. Bost has memberships with the American Association of Christian Counselors, Association of Biblical Counselors, National Board for Certified Counselors, National Christian Counseling Association, Southern Baptist Association of Counseling and Family Ministry, and Who's Who of Human Service Professionals.

Shane Lakey, MA, BCCC, BCPC
Shane B. Lakey is the Executive Director of CrossLife Ministries. He is a licensed and ordained pastor and Christ-Centered, Biblical counselor with twenty years of experience working with the next generation and their families. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Theology and Communications from Houston Baptist University, a Master's in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, and is a certified Christian counselor and certified pastoral counselor through the Board of Christian Professional & Pastoral Counselors. He is the author of multiple experiential leadership development curricula, a personal coach to young adults and pastors across the Southeast, and a certified SYMBIS Facilitator.
Before pastoral and counseling ministry, Shane’s experience included working in professional sports, live entertainment, audio/visual design and integration, and hospitality. He and his wife, Rebecca are the parents of three children.

Rebecca Vestal, MA, BCCC, BCBC
Rebecca Vestal is a Biblical counselor who has experience in women and children’s ministries. Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from North Carolina State University and a Master of Arts in Christian Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her French Bulldog, Mac. Rebecca loves reading, playing volleyball, and enjoys serving in her local church.
