Meet Our Staff

Archie L. Bost, Ph.D., NCC             

Dr. Archie L. Bost is founder and executive director of CrossLife Ministries and has extensive training and experience in both theology and counseling. For over twenty years he has been a discipler of and counselor to countless individuals. His training and experience include a BS in Psychology, a MS in Counseling from the University of Wyoming and a Ph.D in Clinical Christian Counseling from Cornerstone University.  He has had theological studies at the European Baptist Seminary and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Dr. Bost, an ordained minister, is a National Board Certified Counselor, a Certified Temperament Counselor, and a NCCA licensed Clinical Christian Counselor. He is also certified as a CareerDirect Consultant by Crown Financial Ministries, a certified consultant for PREPARE/ENRICH and FOCCUS pre-marital counseling and is trained in Critical Incident Stress Management and Advanced Pastoral Crisis Intervention.  He and his wife Kay have been married 38 years, have two adult children and are grandparents.

 Lance Clark, M.A.    

Lance Clark has a BM in Music Production and Engineering from Berklee College of Music in Massachusetts and holds a MA in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in Virginia, where he graduated with high distinction honors. He has completed counseling internships with Dr. Bost at CrossLife Ministries and with Alpha Care Ministries and is a certified FOCCUS pre-marital counselor. His counseling experience has been gained through private practice counseling with couples and individuals, through his work in residential therapeutic programs for at-risk youth, and through Kairos, an international prison ministry.  He has also taught and led in multiple retreat settings on issues of forgiveness, trust and communication.  He and his wife Donya have been married 15 years and have three children.
